Mmm... which one's this... oh yes, New Year's Eve dinner! We eat a lot. Irma's a great cook :) So this is my first crack at making for-real Peruvian ceviche. Irma is teaching me some of her secret recipes :) Note the obligatory Inca Kola in the background.
