Ruinas de Ujurrás Nathanael and Laura got to sit in on a rather expressive Spanish class. Man I wish I could have taken this class. Could have been me in that flowery skirt. How cool is it that my grammar teacher also teaches traditional Costa Rican dance?Very cool.

Here are our gracious hosts... and the people with the coolest job in the world. Now we're up at the Quetzal Education and Research Center up in San Gerardo de Dota. The Resplendent Quetzal, watching us as closely as we're watching him. Oh, we're only a few meters away from this thing in the wild as I'm taking this. check out that tail Mangrove kayaking
This is shortly after Nathanael bravely stepped out of the kayak to dislodge it when it got stuck. Jesus Christ lizard... why? because it's got walking on water skills. And a cool hood. This reminds me of someone...

Squirrel Monkeys. By the way this is the 3rd monkey species we saw, of Costa Rica's 4 species. This is also the most rare. HAH! Nathanael's expression is classic. Hey, we bad.
